My Story

I have nearly a decade experience as a trainer, coach and counsellor. I started my journey with corporates through my work at a multinational consulting
that served companies globally to achieve their goals in people management.

I have worked with organizations dealing with issues like HIV/AIDS and motivating the underprivileged for education further moving on to work with individuals struggling with emotional management and coping in different areas like childhood trauma, school problems, attachment, grief and transitional events including divorce and the blending of families etc. My clientele has ranged from children as young as 7 years old to adults of 50 years old.

I have found the greatest level of work satisfaction in motivating women who suffered from violence and sexual abuse & to rehabilitate their lives as well as guide them in the process of joining the mainstream society.

I feel that counseling/coaching interventions should ultimately help the client to become independent in order to deal with their own problems. Thus my focus remains on guiding and helping clients recognize their own positive coping mechanisms and learning to develop new ones.
